*Poof* I'm back!

I'm back!

Hello, let me introduce myself (just in case you forgot), my name is Kaylie Estrada-Menjivar but you can call me Kay. Additionally, I am a student at Fort Lauderdale High School. For the past school year, I've worked on a commercial and a music video, which was intresting and I larned countless of things while doing those assignments. At the end of the day I appriciate all things I learned even though it was difficult. Both of those assignments proved difficult in different areas. For instance, I worked alone on the music video but on the commercial, I didn't. Which of course gave me more with the music video but it was less frustrating for me because I had full control and I didn't need any conformination on anything, which is nice. I still enjoyed it and I would like to do it again. Anyways, let me tell you about more about myself espcially since this is a sort of mini introduction and a foreshadowing of how I am going to do this assignment.

Let me establish this, I don't like movies or TV-shows, it honestly depends on what I am watching. For instance, I can barely sit through Avengers: Endgame which was directed by Joe and Anthony Russo. The reason why I could sit through it is because I do love the Marvel Universe and I can sit through a ton of Tim Burton movies since I think he is so iconic. The same goes for TV shows, Wednesday or Merlina is a show by Tim Burton, I was able to sit through it and loved it. But for some reason I can't sometimes, when a popular show called Euphoria which was directed by Sam Levinson, everyone was talking about it and saying it was amazing. I could barely watch the first season without taking breaks between the episodes. For example, I watched the first episode then a month later I watched the next. I can't sit through TV shows or movies but I can YouTube videos which is odd.

Now you are asking why Tim Burton movies; you are mostly likely not asking but let me explain. His movies and the characters he makes are truly amazing! Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, and The Nightmare before Christmas are all movies made by him and I love them all even his adaptations. His adaptation of the Adams Family in Wednesday is amazing along with his take on Alice in Wonderland which I love. His art is curious and I love it. Everytime I see those drawings I just think "curiouser and curiouser".

Signing Off,

Kay.
